Teenagers Using too much internet

There are some downsides to the solution of the government turning off the internet at a certain time. One would be the hackers could hack into the server that’s turning off the internet and they could make it turn back on for the teenagers to use. The government would have to spend more money to keep it protected from other hackers. If the hackers did hack into it the government would have wasted all that money for nothing. If it becomes un hack able then it would be really worth it and it would help out our community and better our skills.
